Sarah is Senior Manager of the User Experience Research Team at Kroger, USA working across product design and technology to adapt to ever-changing digital shopping needs. She has a Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University and MBA from Miami University, and experience teaching at Penn State University. She has 25+ year tenure in industry across a variety of food and non-food categories. Sarah is an active volunteer with a passion for mentorship and content development. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and a Commissioner for the International Food Science Certification Commission (IFSCC).
