Sara is Professor of Food Consumer Science at Aarhus University in Denmark. Until 2023 she led the Sensory and Consumer Science Team at Plant and Food Research in New Zealand. Sara is focused on development and implementation of novel methods for sensory and consumer research. She regularly publishes her work and presents it at international conferences (ORCID ID: 0000-0002-4960-5233). She currently serves as editor for Food Quality and Preference.
